I Am Pre-Qualified & Have A Realtor®!...Now What?
During this time, we will be gathering paperwork from you and structuring your loan. We will find a lender who best suits your financial needs and continue to build your loan while you house-hunt with your Realtor®!

Once you find your dream home, your realtor will draft a "Purchase & Sale Agreement" between you and the seller. Once you (the buyers) and the sellers agree on the details of the purchase, and all the financial paperwork has been completed, you sign the final paperwork and move into your new home!

Naturally there is more involved in the home-buying purchase than simply finiding a home and buying it. There are other things to consider, such as an appraisal and inspection, which your Realtor and Loan Consultant can explain in depth.
